Valentine's Day 2019 Event

The Valentine's Day 2019 event in Pokemon GO has begun and will go through February 21. Many players may remark that this event is identical to last year's, however the inclusion of Field Research concentrating on the Pokemon spawning during this event is a huge change.

Valentine's Day 2019 Event is Here!

  • Catch a Chansey (3 Rare Candies)
  • Make 5 Great Curveball Throws in a Row (Heart Spinda)
If nothing else, the Heart Spinda alone will entice Pokémon GO completionists to participate in this event, since there is no knowing when the special form may reappear. It also seems probable that some gamers may be attempting to add a Chansey to their collection or stock up on Pokemon sweets. In addition to these new Field Research objectives, Pokemon GO users must still complete the February Field Research chores, giving busy gamers even more to accomplish.   • February 13 until February 21
  • Pink Pokemon with increased spawn rate
  • Some pink Pokemon will hatch from 7km Eggs
  • Some pink Pokemon will be Raid Bosses
  • 6-hours Lures
  • 2x Catch Candy
