Palpitoad #536
Biology
Palpitoad is a bipedal amphibious Pokémon with an oval body. It is predominantly blue, with a tan oval marking bordered in black that extends from the bottom of its abdomen to the top of its head. It has round black eyes. It has a circular top lip that bends down strongly at the corners. It has a long, sticky tongue inside its mouth that it uses to immobilize and grab victims. It has three toes on each of its little foot, and its tail is round and white. Three huge half-spheres, each pale blue with a black base, ring its head. Four circular, light blue bumps begin on each side of its bottom torso and extend over its back. Its head bumps may be vibrated to produce waves and earthquakes, as well as strong noises to weaken its victim. The greater the size of a Palpitoad's lumps, the greater its variety of sounds.
