Hatchathon 2018 Event
Trainers, take note of this!
Hatchathon 2018 Event
A new event has begun and will run from November 14 from 1:00 PM PST until November 27 at 1:00 PM PST. Certain Pokemon with evolved forms, like Rhyhorn, Porygon, Magby, and others, may be discovered in 2KM Eggs. Shiny Elikid can also be acquired from Eggs.
Wishing you luck as we hatch them all!
Despite the debut of the more complex Pokemon Lets Go Pikachu and Evee games on the Nintendo Switch, Pokémon Go is still a major player in the mobile gaming industry and has showed no signs of slowing off. It maintains its popularity as a result of frequent upgrades and activities, including the current Pokémon Go Hatchathon event. So what exactly is this event, and what makes it so unique? Most importantly, how long must participants participate for? The solutions are here.
What is the Pokémon Go Hatchathon Event?
Many new Pokémon are added to the game as a result of the Pokémon Go Hatchathon event. In particular, it allows roving trainers to raise Pokémon that have evolved forms that were first seen in Sinnoh. If you're unaware, the Pokémon series' Gen 4 games Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum introduced the Sinnoh region. During the Hatchathon event, these Gen 4 Pokémon may be discovered in unique 2 kilometer eggs together with other Pokémon.
Pokémon like Porygon, Rhyhorn, Magby, Murkrow, Togepi, Sneasel, and Budew are featured in the event.
Players could even encounter a rare Shiny Elekid, which is making its debut in Pokémon Go, according to the game's creator Niantic. To develop every Gen 4 Pokémon you capture, you'll need a Sinnoh Stone. Fortunately, we have a guide that explains how to get these Sinnoh Stones and what Pokémon they affect.
When Does the Pokémon Go Hatchathon Event Begin and End?
Now underway is the Pokémon Go Hatchathon event. The event started on November 14 and will end at 13:00 PST, 16:00 EST, 21:00 GMT, and 22:00 CET on November 27, 2018. We're not sure what will happen to the new Pokémon when the event is over, but it's likely that they will still be in the game somehow, but maybe not as easily. Go to capturing them all as soon as you can.
