Biology

Geodude is a grayish-brown rock Pokémon. It has craggy brows, trapezoidal dark eyes, and a large mouth. It has powerful arms and five-fingered hands. Geodude climbs steadily up high mountain trails with its arms. Rhyperior sometimes confuses this Pokémon for genuine rocks and fires them through their hands as a consequence of their physical appearance.

Geodude is proud of its tough body and will smash against others of its type in a kind of competition to see whose body is tougher. It will even compare itself to other species like as Roggenrola and Carbink. The longer it lives, the more its body gets chipped and damaged. Geodude have a tranquil disposition and are fully smooth and spherical. Geodude's heart, on the other hand, stays gruff and tough no matter what. Geodude is most often spotted on mountain routes and fields, with one researcher counting over 100 of them on a single walk. It will remain motionless in these conditions, which is why it is often misidentified as a rock. It is often stomped on and may sometimes whip its arms in rage when this happens. Geodude burrows itself halfway into the earth when it sleeps deeply. It will not awaken if it is buried, even if someone walks on it. Geodude rolls downward in the morning in quest of food.

Geodude is constructed of a magnetic rock with a silvery look in the Alola area. Alolan Geodude's body has magnetic regions that collect iron sand, giving the appearance of black brows and strands of short black hair. Only the thumb and index finger are free since its digits are fused together. Stepping on Alolan Geodude causes an electrical shock and, on rare occasions, a furious headbutt. It competes with other Geodudes by banging their bodies together, much like a conventional Geodude. The iron sand adheres to the stronger magnet. If there are no actual rocks, the Alolan Golem will shoot these Geodude.
