Biology

Skuntank is a medium-sized mammalian Pokémon that looks like a skunk but has a cat's face. It has spiky purple fur with brown streaks. The whiskers that existed before Skuntank's evolution have now gone or been replaced with hairy purple tufts on the sides of Skuntank's face. It has tan legs, and the tan colouring on its underside has developed into a spiky pattern. Its snout is bigger than it was before evolution. Its huge tail is cream-colored and rests on top of its back and head. Skuntank is notorious for its foul-smelling fluid. It can spray this fluid up to 160 feet away, and the longer it leaves the liquid to ferment inside its abdomen, the stronger the odor becomes. Skuntank, unlike its pre-evolution and real-life skunks, sprays this from its tail tip, which may open, rather than its back. Skuntank's fluid stench changes based on its food. Skuntank loves to nest under huge, spiky shrubs in densely forested places, digging holes in the ground. While Skuntank may utilize its toxic secretions to hunt creatures, it cannot stand the scent of its own odor and hence abandons prospective vanquished meals.
