1st Anniversary Event

1st Anniversary

Pokemon GO
NIANTIC
Today is the official one-year anniversary of the release of Pokémon GO, and we couldn't pass this milestone without some form of celebration. Yet, although one is on the way, as Niantic has just confirmed, it's quite low-key, which may disappoint those looking for something more grandiose. The Anniversary Event, which begins today, July 6th, and goes through July 24th, seems to have two primary components. The first is the debut of "Ash Hat Pikachu," which is exactly what it sounds like. This particular form of Pikachu, like Santa Hat and Party Hat Pikachu before him, will wear Ash's hat on several times in the anime series. If he acts as we observed with the previous two hat-based Pikachus, there should be more Pikachu spawning in order for everyone who wants one to be able to capture one. If you're looking for a unique way to express yourself, here is the place to be. The second component is the selling of "Anniversary Boxes," which are bundles containing "useful" things such as Incubators, Max Revives, Ultra Balls, and at least one Premium Raid Pass. I don't recall the particular contents or cost, but considering the present situation of the game, they are very precious things and may be selling at a significant discount. That's all there is to it. Or, at the very least, it is what has been made public. Many players were expecting that Niantic would make a big deal out of the one-year anniversary by releasing Legendaries on the big day, but that doesn't seem to be happening, unless they're concealing something (which has happened before with the likes of Ditto and Shiny Magikarp, to be fair). Considering that raids are still being tested, I believe it is too soon to see Legendaries released into the game, however I believe they will be released in conjunction with the Pokémon GO Fest in Chicago, where that massive celebration may serve as the launch pad for a worldwide launch. If not, this "summer" Legendary launch will miss nearly two months of this summer, which seems to be a bad idea. I'm hoping there may be some more components to this week-long anniversary celebration. At the present, I'm not seeing any gaming advantages like additional XP, candies, Stardust, or anything else, which seems to be an omission. There also seems to be a chance to do something interesting with raids, such as getting two free raid tickets every day instead of one, or possibly new Pokémon (non-Legendaries) are appearing in raids now. But we haven't heard anything like that yet.   first-anniversary-wallpaper-pokemon-go I'll attempt to find out more about this event, but as of now, it's largely about loot boxes and Pikachu, and it should start later this afternoon, if I were to estimate. Keep an eye out. (Update: The event begins today at 1 p.m. PDT). Today is Pokémon Go's first birthday, but gamers are receiving the largest present. From now to July 24th, there will be discounts and a special Pikachu available to trainers all across the globe as part of an anniversary celebration. The anniversary celebration begins today at 1 p.m. PT and concludes on July 24 at 1 p.m. PT. During the event, an Anniversary Box item will be offered in the game's shop. Players will get Incubators, Max Revives, Ultra Balls, and a Raid Pass as part of the gift bundle. The whole package will be discounted, so item-heavy trainers will want to get this while they can. The main reward for everyone else will be a Pikachu sporting Ash Ketchum's signature cap. Gamers may start looking for the tiny man right now; like previous special Pikachu, he'll wear his Ash cap indefinitely, making it a charming addition to anyone's collection. Pokémon Go is still going strong after 52 weeks. It's approaching a billion downloads globally, and Niantic aims to rekindle interest with a large outdoor event later this month. The term "electronic cigarette" refers to the process of converting a cigarette into a cigarette that may be burned.
1st Anniversary Event
Niantic is attempting to make 2017 the summer of Pokémon. Pokémon Go just received a massive gym upgrade and raid fights, with a live event in Chicago planned for later in July. On July 6, 2016, the game was also released, raising suspicion. But will Niantic do anything to commemorate the game's one-year anniversary? The Pokémon Go anniversary event includes a cap-wearing Pikachu and a unique item box. As previously reported, fans were optimistic that the next event might include a new Pikachu. Siggraph 2017 promised a "rare Pikachu," and the game's code also included a "one year anniversary" event tag. It seems that those who predicted a new special Pikachu were correct. The event, according to Serebii, will begin today, July 6, and will go through July 24. The following is a list of resources to help you with your project. If you're a bit bummed by such Pikachu-heavy news, take heart. Players will be able to purchase Anniversary Boxes during the anniversary event. According to Serebii, the package includes Incubators, Max Revives, Ultra Balls, and a Raid Pass. It's essentially a Pokémon Go care package. Even better, it's on sale throughout the event, so there's no better time to put your coins to work. As you wait for the event, you may share your greatest Pokémon Go moments on the official Twitter: The Anniversary Event, according to Serebii, begins today, July 6, and will go through July 24. If you don't capture a lot of special Pikachus, there's always the promise of legendary Pokémon in the game's code. Updated at 12:03 p.m. on July 6, 2017: The anniversary event has been announced on the official Pokémon Go website. The event, which will feature the special Pikachu and the Anniversary Box, will begin today, July 6 at 1 p.m. PDT and will finish on July 24 at 1 p.m. PDT. Moreover, Niantic teases planned live events in Europe in August and September, as well as a unique "Pikachu Outbreak" in Yokohama, Japan, in August.
